En Europe Wholesales, ofrecemos la posibilidad de realizar Pre-Orders (reservas anticipadas) para garantizar que nuestros clientes puedan asegurar su stock de ropa vintage de marca premium. A continuación, detallamos nuestras políticas para las reservas:
1. Qué es una Pre-Order (Reserva Anticipada)
Una Pre-Order o reserva anticipada permite a nuestros clientes asegurar un producto que aún no está disponible físicamente en nuestro almacén, pero que llegará en un próximo envío. Esta opción es ideal para garantizar la compra de productos de alta demanda.
Cuando realizas una Pre-Order, estás reservando un producto que será enviado en cuanto recibamos el nuevo stock. En este caso, el stock reservado llegará en nuestro próximo contenedor de 20ft de ropa vintage, que ya está en camino.
2. Confirmación y Pago de la Reserva
Al realizar una reserva, deberás completar el proceso de pago total del producto. Este pago asegura tu prioridad sobre el stock en cuanto esté disponible para envío. El pago debe realizarse en su totalidad en el momento de la reserva.
3. Política de No Reembolso por Cancelación
Una vez confirmada la reserva, no se realizarán reembolsos en caso de cancelación por parte del cliente. Debido a la naturaleza limitada de nuestro stock y la alta demanda de nuestros productos, al realizar una Pre-Order, garantizas tu acceso prioritario a la mercancía reservada.
- No se aceptarán devoluciones o cancelaciones de reservas una vez procesado el pago.

4. Tiempos de Envío Estimados
El envío de los productos reservados se realizará una vez recibamos el nuevo stock en nuestro almacén. Te mantendremos informado del estado de tu pedido y del tiempo estimado de llegada del stock.
El tiempo de espera dependerá de la llegada de nuestro próximo contenedor, que está sujeto a tiempos de transporte internacionales y logística. En cuanto recibamos la mercancía, se preparará para el envío y se te notificará.
5. Producto Surtido y Ejemplos Visuales
Ten en cuenta que las imágenes y vídeos mostrados en la web son solo ejemplos del tipo de mercancía que podemos ofrecer, y no garantizan que el contenido exacto de los fardos o balas sea idéntico a lo mostrado. Todos los lotes son surtidos y aleatorios en cuanto a marcas, tallas y estilos.
6. Stock Limitado
El stock disponible para Pre-Order es limitado. Las reservas se procesan por orden de llegada y hasta agotar existencias. Si el stock se agota antes de recibir tu reserva, nos pondremos en contacto para ofrecerte una solución o reembolsarte el importe si no es posible cumplir con tu pedido.
